"All of our insurance policies have been with this Bakersfield State Farm office for many years. The office actually has humans that answer the phone and they have always been responsive to policy questions when I call. Most recently, our homeowners policy is due for renewal and increased quite a bit. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Mosley to ask about coverage changes we could make to help with the cost of the policy. Lisa was so professional and helpful. She spent time with me explaining our policy line items and providing change options which could potentially lower the premium cost. Lisa helped me to understand the pros and cons of the options and I felt totally comfortable making a couple changes which ultimately lowered my annual premium to an amount more affordable with our budget.
